We are looking for a contract Brand Ambassador Lead to join our team and help us build out our growing brand ambassador presence in Portland / Beaverton. This individual will both serve as a brand advocate to (1) generate referrals to the Gleamery, (2) recruit new ambassadors to join the Gleamery's ambassador program, and (3) bring influencers into the studio (that are likely to become brand ambassadors). This role will be based in Portland / Beaverton area and report into our Head of Marketing. This candidate will receive an hourly compensation for time spent on growth of influencer and ambassador program, with primary income stemming from performance (active ambassadors onboarded).This role has an opportunity to grow into a full-time capacity based on performance.

The Roles & Responsibilities:
- Grow The Gleamery’s fleet of active brand ambassadors in the Portland area - including:
- Sourcing new influencers (exchanging Gleamery services for content) that are likely to convert into and become brand ambassadors
- Partnering with influencers to capture content in the studio and to ensure they are posting in a timely manner / sharing content back with us for our ongoing use
- Reaching out and onboarding potential ambassadors in the local PDX community that would be good fits for the brand
- Working with local businesses in the PDX area to onboard their employee staff as ambassadors at the Gleamery
- Support other strategic marketing initiatives as needed on an ongoing basis
The Candidate:
- Highly personable and capable of serving as the face of The Gleamery’s brand with external partners including local brand partners
- Strong desire to hustle, be scrappy, and flexible as needed to get the job done!
