Experience Lead (Operations)

The Gleamery is a modernized and innovative dental practice that offers impromptu cleanings and brightenings at the guests’ convenience. Our guests can say goodbye to booking dental cleanings six months in advance and being in a stuffy dental office. The Gleamery creates a fun, approachable, and positive environment for both the team and their guests.


We are looking for upbeat and professional Experience Leads who will be responsible for managing daily operations efficiently and ensuring guests and team members have a positive experience. As the Experience Lead, you will be responsible for opening the building daily, building guest profiles, overseeing the office operations and staff members, and prepping rooms in between guests.



Experience Lead Job Responsibilities

  • Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Ensures operation of dental equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Maintains dental supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Manages daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Oversees staff members and ensures all regulatory breaks are taken in compliance with Oregon state law.
  • Handles any issues that arise with staff members and/or guests.
  • Perform sterilization and room preparations between guests.


Work Hours & Benefits 

The Gleamery is looking to fill full-time positions ranging from 38 - 40 hours/week. We are a small office that focuses on the client relationship and ensuring each client has a positive dental experience. Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements 

  • 2+ years of experience managing an office
  • Experience with EMR (electronic medical records) 
  • Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
  • Associate’s degree preferred



From $19.13+ per hour (DOQ)
