We don't replace your dentist for exams, x-rays, or dental treatments. You can leave your worries at the door knowing our services help you maintain a healthy, happy smile in a relaxing atmosphere. No drills, judgment, upsells, or surprise treatments, ever.
Yes! We accept most major insurance providers including Delta, Cigna, Moda, Humana* (limited). At this time we are unable to accept state provided insurance plans. A credit card is still required to make an appointment.
We're happy to bill insurance as a courtesy to our clients. If insurance should deny any portion of the claim, you will be responsible for the total balance due.
Post-appointment, we share your treatment notes with your primary dentist or clinic if we have their contact information. So everyone can be up to date on your care.
Due for a checkup with your dentist? You can ask for an "exam-only" appointment if you've gotten a Gleam cleaning in the last 6 months using your insurance.
We recommend checking in with your dentist like you would your doctor—for an annual oral exam, x-rays, or for anything more serious than a teeth cleaning or whitening.
More frequent cleanings equal healthier teeth and gums—your dentist would be proud!
If you have insurance, it would still cover preventive services like an oral exam or x-rays.

Our services are not intended to replace exams and x-rays with a dentist. Those play a key part in understanding beneath the surface. However, we always share treatment and findings with your general dentist if you have one, and can refer you to someone in our network if we notice any concerns during your visit.
We love a good selfie filter, but no x-rays here. All jokes aside, x-rays are recommended once per year with a dental clinic.
