Dental Hygienist

About The Gleamery

The Gleamery is a venture-backed health and wellness startup reinventing the dental industry. Our mission is to build the first national dental brand specializing in professional-grade, high-quality comprehensive exams, teeth cleanings, whitening, and straightening—the services that modern consumers want and need. With a hospitality-driven ethos and seamless, technology-enabled guest experience, The Gleamery is rapidly expanding across the U.S., redefining preventive and cosmetic dental care.

About the Role

This is a clinical role with a major emphasis on guest experience, education, and advocacy. As a Gleamery Hygienist, you’ll deliver exceptional cleanings and whitening services, while also playing a key role in the education and introduction of other core services like GleamFit Aligners, Gleam360 comprehensive exams, restorative peptides, and night guards.

You’ll perform iTero scans, take Nomad X-rays, and support guests in understanding the why behind our services. You'll be a key player in helping guests say “yes” to treatments that improve their oral health and smile confidence.

Beyond clinical care, you’ll help keep our schedule full, accurate, and efficient—supporting outreach, ensuring paperwork and photo capture are complete, and helping fill last-minute schedule gaps. You’ll also support sterile processing and uphold OSHA protocols to ensure every guest receives care in a spotless and safe environment.
