The Gleamery is a rapidly expanding, innovative company that is modernizing the dental industry by focusing on the accessibility of preventative dental care in a fun and approachable environment. The Gleamery offers impromptu cleanings and whitenings at the guests’ convenience. Our guests can say goodbye to booking dental cleanings six months in advance and being in a stuffy dental office. The Gleamery creates a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both our Hygienists and their clientele. Our Hygienists have healthier ergonomics providing only prophy’s and whitenings and we partner with exceptional local dentist offices to provide reactive treatment including SRPs. The Gleamery’s experience is Hygienist-led. You, as a leader in the studio, will be relied on to both design & lead our internal initiatives, as well as perform exceptional cleaning and whitening services for each guest that comes through our doors.
We are working to build the most Hygienist-friendly environment in the entire dental industry. We have a robust intake process including longer visits for first-time patient visits, we have a Guest Services team responsible for the sterile process and Guest communications, our Hygienists only see 8-10 patients per day, and we train our team up on AirFlow cleaning technology from day 1!
