What's your cancellation policy?

We respectfully require that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.

Missed/late canceled appointments with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of $25. Cancellation fees are charged to the card you provided at booking.

If I arrive late, can I still get my treatment?

Should you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide the service. If we cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. We will try our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.

I booked my first appointment! What now?

Awesome! A few "form-alities" will need to be taken care of before your first visit.

At the top of your booking confirmation email is a ‘Complete Forms’ button. Click through to fill out all forms prior to your appointment.

Do you take walk-ins?

Yes, walk-ins are welcome! Please check with our front desk to confirm appointment availabilty for same day services.

How do I schedule for a group?

From any booking link on our site or by clicking here, select Group Appointments to book services for your group. Contact us care@thegleamery.com if you need help booking for a family or your group.

Do you accept gratuity?

If you were satisfied with your service, our staff welcomes and would definitely appreciate a gratuity! During your visit, gratuity can be added to your payment at checkout.

Can I purchase a gift card?

Definitely! eGift cards are available for purchase and valid for services and products at The Gleamery.

How often should I get a cleaning?

It depends on your oral wellness goals and needs! Here's a general guide, pick what feels right for you.

Monthly or every other month: For those who want the most consistent professional and preventative oral care. Those who have had cavities, restorations, braces, or oral surgery can really benefit from more frequent visits.

Quarterly: A great oral wellness boost to optimize health and hygiene. This is our recommended frequency for most people.

Twice a year: Fits into the standard insurance schedule. We offer convenient, easy booking in a comfortable and fun environment.

What do you use to whiten my teeth?

The GLO Science professional teeth whitening system is used for our Brightening services and is administered by certified staff. Learn more about our Teeth Brightening service.

Do you take x-rays?

We do not take x-rays at The Gleamery. We focus on preventative dental care and to make it easy and inspiring for you to keep up regular and consistent care.

We recommend that you still see your general dentist for annual exams and x-rays, as some issues are not visibly apparent to the naked eye without it.

What happens if you find a cavity?

During teeth cleanings, your care team will chart your teeth and take clinical notes of our findings. These files are shared with your general dentist and any recommendations or areas of concern will be noted. If you don't have a provider, we can refer you to someone in our trusted network.

What makes you different from my dental clinic?

The Gleamery's services are intended to optimize your care and make it more convenient for you to get teeth cleanings and whitenings. With consistent and easy access to care, we can prevent plaque build-up (which causes cavities) and make sure your dental restorations (like fillings or crowns) are in tip-top shape! This allows for less stressful exams with your dentist and potentially reduce high-cost claims (and toothaches) for you long term.

We take R&R (refresh & relaxation) seriously when it comes to dental care. No drills, cold rooms, or mysterious procedures to worry about. In our luxe treatment rooms, you can kick back while we take care of the rest.

What forms of payment is accepted?

All major credit cards are accepted.

Do you take insurance?

Yes, we accept dental insurance for preventative teeth cleanings and flouride treatments! Traditionally, insurance doesn't cover teeth whitening services.

We're happy to bill insurance as a courtesy to our clients. If insurance should deny any portion of the claim, the client will be responsible for the total balance due.

A credit card is still required to make an appointment.

What are the perks for referring new clients?

Take advantage of our Give $50 Get $50 referral special! New clients get $50 off their first Whitening service, and you’ll get $50 towards your next Whitening too.

Online Booking: Tell friends to include your name in the 'Include a message' section when completing their booking.

In Person: New clients can mention who referred them to our Guest Services team during their visit/at checkout.
