The Gleamery is a venture-backed health & wellness startup focused on reinventing the dental industry. The Gleamery is building the first national dental brand specializing in professional grade, expeditious teeth cleaning and whitening - the recurring dental services that the modern millennial customer wants and needs. The Gleamery’s studios have a hospitality and design focused ethos and a seamless, technology enabled customer experience. The Gleamery is opening studios in cities across the U.S., building a nationwide brand leader in preventive and cosmetic dental care.
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us build our brand awareness in Portland / Beaverton. This individual will lead our influencer and community marketing efforts in the Portland / Beaverton areas, and will be a key contributor to our organic social media platforms. This role will be based in the Portland area (with significant time spent each week in and around our Beaverton studio) and report into our Head of Marketing.

The Roles & Responsibilities
- Own and execute The Gleamery’s influencer marketing / ambassador program in the Portland area - including:
- Sourcing new influencers on an ongoing basis
- Partnering with influencers to capture content in the studio and to ensure they are posting in a timely manner / sharing content back with us for our ongoing use
- Developing relationships with key influencers to convert them into ambassadors for the brand
- Tracking performance of our influencer partnerships to help inform further outreach
- Own and execute The Gleamery’s community marketing program in the Portland area - including:
- Developing relationships with relevant local businesses to build a steady pipeline of community activations
- Managing the execution of community activations
- Creatively identifying and sourcing new community partnerships / activation opportunities
- Tracking performance of our community activations to help inform further outreach
- Own and execute key aspects of The Gleamery’s organic social media strategy, including:
- Partnering with Marketing leadership to develop a compelling content calendar across all major social media platforms (but with a primary focus on Instagram)
- Creating a diverse array of content - including static images, videos/reels, memes, and supporting copy - to deploy on our organic social media platforms
- Responding to comments on social media using our brand voice
- Support other strategic marketing initiatives as needed on an ongoing basis
The Candidate
- 1-2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, community marketing, and/or organic social media
- Highly personable and capable of serving as the face of The Gleamery’s brand with external partners including influencers and local brand partners
- Diverse creative skillset and highly knowledgeable on how to utilize all major social media platforms - including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Strong desire to hustle, be scrappy, and flexible as needed to get the job done!
